These issues contribute towards draining the efficiency and productivity of the workers leading to encounter losses and failures if the organization does not implement effective strategies in place.


Employers must be responsible to safeguard their worker’s physical and psychological health to encourage employees to accept and respect the cultural difference penetrating the workforce.


Culture also plays a role in communication issues as it will affect how an individual’s cognitive and affective elements influence the decision and approach of communication. Culture impacts meaningful communication in three ways;


Cognitive constraints can be seen in communicating parties who do not share similar world views and have dissimilar frames of reference.


Behavioural constraints are differences in verbal and nonverbal actions. for example, while it is acceptable to look into the eyes of an authority figure while communicating in some cultures,

individuals from other cultures may find this behaviour to be unacceptable.


Emotional constraints describe differences in the expression of feelings and emotions. Those from a particular background may display their feelings quite openly, while individuals from another culture may rigid control over their emotions.

Technology is evolving rapidly more than ever, leading certain products and services outdated and driven out of the market. Global leaders must ensure they are at the forefront of the market to embrace changes and capitalize on various opportunities to capture a competitive edge.


Therefore, as a result various leadership theory such as Transformational leadership style, Charismatic leadership theory, are introduced to survive in the dynamic landscape.

Technology has forced leaders to become flexible, adaptable and incisive to inculcate the changes by embracing a positive organizational culture to recognize changes and implement strategies to deliver promising results.


The initial cost of capital to purchase the relevant machinery and software will also cost a fortune.


The major issues of advancement in technology to leaders include; leaders will have to gain training to comply with new technology, traditional working methods transformed to contemporary working methods with the disastrous COVID-19 virus, virtual teams must be closely monitored, remote and teleworking has become inevitable and modern engagement platforms are also technically-complicated to certain employees leading to undertake substantial training driving the cost for leaders.
